I had a great experience with Dr. Cunningham at Waco Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Cunningham took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which really helped reduce any anxiety I had going in. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I was impressed with how efficient and gentle the care was. The staff followed up afterward to make sure I was recovering well, which showed they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Cunningham and the team to anyone needing oral surgery. Excellent care and a genuinely positive experience!

Absolutely the WORST experience at this office. I have a lot of anxiety about my teeth and I’m trying hard to improve my teeth. but with me being pregnant and having certain health issues my dentist requested I see an oral surgeon for a tooth that started as a necessary root canal and had turned much much worse this pregnancy. I’m in severe paid to the point it hurts to work, I’m waking up out of my sleep throughout the night crying in pain. Unable to sleep or eat. While Dr. Cunningham evaluated me and we discussed options before he left the room I asked what I could do in the mean time for the pain, he turned around and said “well better dental hygiene would be a good start” at that point I felt embarrassed and let down. When he left the room I asked his assistant if the antibiotics don’t work what can I do. Mind you I gave them the letter from my doctor approving two types of pain medication. She told me to call back. THEN their billing dept gave me someone else’s entire treatment plan had me sign on it and called me later saying they made a huge mistake giving me someone else’s stuff. I called back two weeks later that the pain had come back worse then ever and that I was trying
